Frequently asked questions…

  • Deposits may be made at any time; please keep in mind that we only accept a limited number of weddings each week. If you choose to wait, your desired date may become unavailable. This deposit is refundable up to 3 months prior to the wedding date.

  • Final guest count is due two weeks prior to the wedding. We understand guests counts can vary, and are fully flexible up until that 2 week mark.

  • Final payment is due 2 weeks prior to the wedding date.

  • Things happen, we will transfer your deposit to your new date if we are notified before 3 months prior.

  • If you are getting a tiered cake, you can do each tier a different flavor. You can also do different flavors if you are doing more than one sheet cake.

  • The cake topper can be provided at the venue for when we drop off. We do not provide real flowers for any cake or desserts. Any floral needs to be provided for us during delivery to add to your cake. Our bakers are trained on placing floral on cakes, and we do not charge any extra to add these on the cake during delivery.

  • Typically your venue will provide cake cutting services. We can provide this service if requested; pricing TBD.

  • Each flavor has its own design. We can customize most flavors to look a certain way if you are wanting specific colors/designs. We can also customize the cupcake liner to be a certain color to match your wedding colors.

  • The tasting provides you samples of 2-3 cake flavors (white, chocolate and one specialty flavor). Also included is multiple filling and frosting options to mix and match to find your desired combination(s).

  • We do. Delivery and setup fees are determined by your venue location, travel distance, and the complexity and time required for setup. Pricing will be provided with your customized quote.

  • Our bakers travel with baking kits and products to fix any damages that may occur during delivery and set up. We plan to arrive early to ensure time to fix any damage if needed.

  • You can. However once the desserts leave the bakery we are not responsible for any damages that may occur.

  • Yes! We can provide a box if requested to transfer the top tier afterwards. We do suggest reaching out to us prior to your anniversary, and we can make a fresh cake to match your wedding cake. This ensures the cake will have the same quality and flavors that it did on your wedding day. (price TBD by current 6” cake pricing)

  • We do! We have a large variety of desert stand that can be rented for your big day! Pricing is determined by how many stands you will be needing. We have some wooden, black, white, and clear stands. All stands must be returned to us within 1 week of the wedding date. Any broken or missing stands will result in a $20.00 charge per missing/broken item.
